How Your Custom Pochette Is Made

When you design your own double zip bag with our easy-to-use design interface and place your order, our expert team of seamstresses and leatherworks get to work on your order immediately. Our team is based at our facility and have years of experience in producing leather goods with only the best hand tools. Their expert craftsmanship ensures you get a high-quality product every time.

First, your designs are digitally printed directly onto the smooth or textured Nappa leather you've chosen. We use a special printing process that allows our eco inks to fused deeply to the fibers of the material so that the print is bold, bright, and beautiful. Once we've got the printed leather, it is cut into shape and sewn together to form the two pouches of the custom pochette, and lined with soft faux suede. 

Black leather piping and zips are adding to the pouches to create a sleek style that hides away seams and threads. The last part of the process is the strap. Whether you choose a chain or clip-on strap, the handle is made from black leather which is hand-painted along the edges to ensure a level of durability. Then, it's attached to the bag using a chain or clip and your double pouch zip bag is ready!

When you decide to design your own double zip bag, we hand over all the control to you so you'll receive a one of a kind product! You can customize everything from the design to the metalwork and even the thread color. Our easy to use design interface will provide you with all the tools you need to create a stylish custom pochette for personal use, or for your very own fashion line. 

First, you'll need to decide on which type of leather you'd like to use. We offer the pochette bag in both a smooth Nappa leather or a textured version. You'll be able to see how your pattern looks on both finishes using the real-time product preview. Next, you can upload your design into the system and adjust it accordingly. Make sure your favorite parts of the design are within the bleed areas otherwise they'll be missed. 

Once you're happy with how your design will look, you can choose the thread color for the body of the bag - charcoal, gray, or cream. If your design is pretty light or pastel, cream is probably the best choice, so as not to take away from your art. 

You'll also need to select the metalwork color - gunmetal, gold, or silver. The zip pulls and piping of the bag will always be black leather, but if you would like gold or silver metalwork for a lighter, classier style you can switch it up. Lastly, we offer the custom double zip bag with two types of strap - a clip-on strap, or a non-removable chain. The clip-on is great for switching up your style every now and then and using the pochette as a cool clutch.
